How long does it take to get a title loan?

On our side, we only take an hour. This means if you work with us we can get you the title loan the same day or the next.

What is the interest rate?

We have a "no surprises" interest rate. First the rate is monthly. Your payment will be both interest and principal each month. ON loans that are $5000 or more it is 7.5% and smaller 8%

How long do I have to pay back the title loan?

We write the loan terms depending on your loan amount but typically between 2 to 3 years.

I wanted a short term loan. Is this different?

No different. Because the loan is monthly on the interest rate, this means you can repay it anytime you wish with no prepayment penalty.  

What documents are needed?

• Copy of your drivers license
• Original Title (if you have it)
• Insurance
• References
• Proof of residence (verify where you live)
• Proof that you have some income of at least $1500 a month 

Should I come to your office first?

Not advisable if you want to do this fast. You see our entire system is set up for you to do this over the internet and fax BUT when it comes time to get your money, you can drive right up or we can even come to you.

How is a Title Loan different from an Auto Pawn?

An auto pawn is used for very old cars where you actually park your car on the lot of the lender and leave it there while you are paying back your loan. We do not do this. You actually drive it.

Do I need to be employed?

The question would be better if you were asking about income because we need to know that you have the ability to pay back this loan. To do this we need to verify that you bring in at least $1500 a month.

I was rejected by my bank because of my credit. IS this going to be an issue with you?

The basic elements of a car title loan is two things; 1) Do you have a car that has value and 2) Do you have the ability to pay it back. Your credit is not at issue here.

My car has another loan on it. What do I do now?

Allow us to pay off the old lender and allow you to get a fresh start now with a much better rate and payments.

I live in California but my car is titled in another state. Is this a problem?

We do auto title loans in California, New Mexico and Arizona.The requirements is different in each state as each has its own laws. Therefore if you are in California, your car much be titled in California. Likewise the other states but know that the amount of money and the rules are different. Just apply and we will sort it out for you.

My mortgage (or rent) is late. Is this a problem?

Not at all. We expect that this may be a reason why you need this loan. Do not worry about late payments on this or utilities.

Do I have to have a checking account at the bank?

Self employed people do. All others do not.

How does my car title get changed at the DMV?

When you get the loan from us we will ask for the title (if you have it). We will do all the processing with the DMV on your behalf.
